code is the value returned by the TLS library.

successfully transferred to

The <Calling Number> is the calling number.
The <Called Number> is the number of the
transfer destination.

Registration to <Registrar
Host Name> with user<User
Host Name> is successful.
The registration to a registrar with the user
to register is successful.

Cannot process call from
<Calling Number> to <Called
Number>, <Reason>.
The <Calling Number> and <Called
Number> are inserted, the SIP or Q.850
cause code text is inserted at runtime.
Different reasons (busy, rejected, …) are
translated to runtime.
