Abstract

This white paper describes configuring the Dialogic Media Gateways for use with Messaging

Interaction Center™ (MIC) using the MIC Deployment Wizard to configure the gateways.

Included are detailed configuration settings required on the Media Gateways, and on the SIP Line

in Interaction Administrator. In sections 7 and 8 are descriptions of interoperability tests

performed with the following PBXs:

• Nortel CS-1000M (Succession) (Q.SIG & Digital Set Emulation)

• Mitel 3300 (Q.SIG)

• Mitel SX-2000 (Digital Set Emulation)

• Avaya S8500 (Q.SIG & Digital Set Emulation)

• Siemens HiPath 4000 (Q.SIG)

• NEC 2000 IVS2 (Digital Station)
